Oregon CNA Classes Overview

In the state of Oregon, the CNA certification is awarded to only these candidates, who have completed CNA-1 and CNA -2 level training and passed the CNA-1 and CNA -2 Certification exam. The completion of the first level of the training and clearing of the CNA-1 exam allows the candidate to proceed to the CNA-2 level training and exam.

The total training program has duration of 175 hours classroom instruction and practical training, where the clinical training has duration of 75 hours and classroom/lab training is for 100 hrs. The programs must be state and OBRA-87 approved.
